For a while there has been talk about "doing something" in 3 empty frames in the garden of The Phoenix Pub, Coventry. Well it has now been done, Artists A.Smith & J.Mckeown have decorated these frames with a pink and blue, bubbley creation that spills onto the wall, will this lead to the whole wall?....... We'll have to wait and see.
